PRIVACY POLICY OF LLC ZAVOD BULBASH
ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
1. General provisions
1.1 privacy policy of LLC Zavod Bulbash on the processing of personal data (hereinafter - "Policy" or "Privacy Policy") aims to protect rights and freedoms of individuals, personal data of which is proceeded by limited liability company «Zavod Bulbash» (hereinafter – «Information user»).
1.2 The policy is developed in accordance with the Law of Republic of «On information, computerization and information protection» of 10.11.2008 №455-З (hereinafter – «Law») and other legislation of Republic of Belarus.
1.3 The policy is publicly available.
2. Information about Information user
2.1 Information user is registered on January 1, 2013 by Minsk City Executive Committee in Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs with registration number 800009185.

3. Information about processing of personal data
3.1 Information user processes personal data legally and equitably to achieve the goals, including communication of information to the Owners of personal data (hereinafter – «Client»).
3.2 Information user receives personal data directly from Client and with the agreement.
3.3 Information user processes personal data with automated and non-automated means, with the use of computer technology and without use of such technology.
3.4 Personal data processing activities include access, collection, processing, accumulation, storage and use of personal data of Client.
4. Processing of personal data of Clients
4.1 Information user processes personal data of Client under legal relationship with him in accordance with the law of Republic of Belarus.
4.2 Information user processes personal data of Clients in accordance with the law of Republic of Belarus with the purpose of:
4.2.1 informing about new products, special promotions and offers;
4.2.2 newsletter distribution.
4.3 Information user processes personal data of Clients with their agreement, provided by Clients by making specific actions on the website «www.bulbash.com» (hereinafter – «Website»), including but not limited to newsletter subscription, and also clicking the mark “I agree”, in accordance with the Policy.
4.4 Information user processes personal data of Clients no longer than it is required by purposes of processing of personal data, unless otherwise provided by legislation of Republic of Belarus.
4.5 Information user can collect, store, process and use following personal data of Clients:
4.5.1 the one provided by Clients in a form to fill in: name, surname, data of birth, country, city (locality), E-mail, phone number;
4.5.2 the data received by assessing the website including the data about technical equipment (devices), technological interaction with the website, including IP-address, cookies.
5. Information about security of personal data of Clients
5.1 When processing personal data Information user takes needed legal, organizational and technical measures or ensures taking them for the protection of personal data from misuse or accidental access to them, destruction, change, blocking, copying, providing, spread of personal data as well as from other unlawful acts towards personal data.
5.2 Measures to ensure the security of personal data while its processing taken by Information user are planned and implemented in order to ensure compliance with the requirements of Law as well as other legislation of Republic of Belarus.
6. Rights of Clients
6.1 Client has right:
6.1.1 to a request for provision of personal data used;
6.1.2 to refinement (change) his personal data in case it is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate;
6.1.3 to withdrawal of his agreement on processing personal data;
6.1.4 to protection of his rights and legitimate interests including awarding damages and compensation for non-pecuniary damage in court;
6.1.5 to appeal actions or inactions of Information user to the authorized agency for Consumer Protection or in court.
6.2 For realization of the rights and legitimate interests, Client has the right to apply to Information user in accordance with the legislation of Republic of Belarus.
7. Final Clauses
7.1 Privacy Policy and relations between Information user and Client are regulated and interpreted in accordance with the legislation of Republic of Belarus. Matters not provided by Policy, shall be settled in accordance with the legislation of Republic of Belarus.
7.2 Privacy Policy is a public offer, in accordance with part 2 section 407 of Civil Code of Republic of Belarus. The fact of clicking the mark “I agree” about the content of Policy by Client on Website is a full and unconditional acceptance of present Policy. Ignorance of the provisions of Policy does not exempt Client responsibility for noncompliance of the terms.
7.3 Information user reserves the right on his own discretion to change and (or) complement Policy in any time without prior and (or) subsequent notifying of Client. Current version of Policy is available in the interface of Website.
7.4 The present Privacy Policy with regard to each Client shall enter into force upon Client committing the actions, specified in paragraph 7.2 of Policy, and continue until the refuse of subscription by Client.
